The chapter meets on the third Thursday of each odd-numbered month, with exceptions if necessary to accommodate a speaker. Meetings are dinner meetings except during January and March they are luncheons. Final plans are announced in The Shen-Val News distributed about a month prior to each activity and in this website. A form for reservations is included in each issue. The board of directors meets on the second Thursday of even-numbered months.
